Is your home computer printer out of ink? Send your print job to your local library via email or through our website from home, then stop by to pay for and pick up your printed documents at your convenience.

Now available: Log in to GALILEO with your PINES card account!

Access to our online resources through GALILEO has been streamlined. Now you can log in to GALILEO databases on athenslibrary.org from home using your PINES library card number and PIN – no more contacting the library to get the GALILEO password! You can still use the GALILEO password, but some databases will work better using the PINES login.

To get started, simply log into your PINES account on our website, and then visit our Online Library. You can also go straight to our Online Library and click on a database to be redirected to the PINES account log-in prompt.

Can't remember your account PIN? Contact your library for assistance. Don't have a PINES library card? Stop by your library to sign up in person, or sign up for a digital card here.

Explore Heritage Room’s new online archival catalog

Through a partnership with the Digital Library of Georgia, many items in the Heritage Room’s collection are now viewable and searchable in our new archival catalog! Since 1992, the Heritage Room has collected archival material related to the Athens-Clarke County area, such as Civil War era photos of soldiers, city engineering records related to the emergence of local sewer and water systems, photos of downtown homes taken by Charles Rowland (owner of the Beechhaven property) and many, many more! Enjoy exploring our physical collections and our digitized materials in the archival catalog. Need help finding something? Mother Goose on the Loose

Mother Goose on the Loose is a unique, early-literacy storytime program for children ages birth to 24 months and their caregiver. This four-week class incorporates books, nursery rhymes, musical instruments, and interactive play. REGISTRATION REQUIRED- class is limited to 20 children. Free and open to the public.
