Chess Club

Open Chess Play every Monday, 4-5:30 p.m., in multipurpose room A. This program is open to kids & teens ages 7-18. Players of all skill levels are encouraged to attend. Members of the local Chess & Community Conference will be on hand to assist players in building skill level. No registration is required.

World Book Night logo

World Book Night 2014

World Book Night 2014 on Wednesday, 4/23! Nicole will be handing out copies of Derek Kirk Kim's "Same Difference" to teens & adults in the downtown area. Later on, from 4-9 p.m. at the teen desk at the library teens (ages 11-18) can pick up free books (while supplies last). Pick one up for yourself & one to share with a friend to spread a love of reading! <3

Lego Club

Lego Club on Thursday, 4/24, 4:30-5:30 p.m in the story room. Join us in creating Lego art & enjoy Lego-based activities, games, and challenges. We've got plenty of Legos, so no need to bring your own. No registration is required. Open to kids & teens ages 8-18.

Curiosity Shop: Fencing Demo

Curiosity Shop: Fencing Demo on Friday, 4/25, 4-5 p.m. in the story room. Join Allen Schneider, local master of the craft & ACCL staff member, for a demonstration of the art & sport of fencing. No registration required. Open to teens ages 11-18.
