Ever wonder what happens to personal papers after someone's passing? Librarian Laura Carter will talk about best practices to make sure your effects wind up where you want them. This class will discuss the definition and life cycle of a record, where records wind up, how they can be stored, why they are kept, and proactive steps to take toward retaining or dispensing with your records. Live! @ the Library with the Hobohemians

Go back to the good ol’ days with this free concert featuring blues and folk music from the early 20th century. The Hobohemians will get your toes tapping with classics such as “Pass the Water Bottle Baby” and “Mississippi Mud” along with original songs. Members include Antoon Speters, John Amoss, Bill Oglesby, Susan Staley, Dick Daniels and Loe Ellision. In the Appleton Auditorium. Free and open to the public; sponsored by Friends of Athens-Clarke County Library.
