Ever wonder what happens to personal papers after someone's passing? Librarian Laura Carter will talk about best practices to make sure your effects wind up where you want them. This class will discuss the definition and life cycle of a record, where records wind up, how they can be stored, why they are kept, and proactive steps to take toward retaining or dispensing with your records.
