Tuesday, September 24, 3:45 - 4:45 p.m.
Are you a girl in grades 3 - 5 ? Do you love to read and talk about books? Like crafts, stories, yummy goodies and the Library? Then, the Tea On Tuesday Book Club is for YOU! Join Miss Donna for our first meeting on Tuesday, September 24th @ 3:45 p.m. We'll have tea and goodies, make a journal and fancy pen, and decide a name for our club, a project to do and HAVE A GREAT TIME! Reservations are suggested, but not required! (You don't have to like tea to attend. We'll have lemonade, too!)
Saturday, September 14, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
The Georgia Museum of Art will present a free workshop for families of children ages 6 - 14 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Have fun learning about sheep's wool and felting! Make your own real felt finger puppet or other project to take home! The workshop is two hours and is suggested for children 6 and up, but younger children may attend with a parent. There's only room for 25 kiddos, so reservations are suggested. (Thank you Georgia Museum of Art and Turner Family Foundation for providing this program!)
