Open enrollment in the Health Insurance Marketplace under the Affordable Care Act begins October 1, 2013. Marketplace coverage begins as early as January 1, 2014. The open enrollment period ends March 31, 2014.

eBooks at EBSCOhost provides older eBooks on a variety of topics, including reference books, scholarly monographs, publications of many university presses, and consumer books. Books can be downloaded onto portable devices using Adobe Digital Editions.
Georgia Download Destination allows Athens-Regional Library System cardholders to download audiobooks and ebooks for free. You may check out up to five books at a time; once you have checked out a book, you can download it to your computer or to a portable device such as an mp3 player, ereader or an iPod.
