Financial Policies - Credit Card Policy
The Library maintains a credit card for library-related purposes only. Authorized users of the credit card are the Library Director, Associate Director, and Administrative Assistant. The credit card account may only be used for travel expenses, excluding food purchases, purchases from companies that do not invoice or accept purchase orders, orders placed on the internet, and other purposes approved by the Library Director. Receipts for credit card purchases must be turned in promptly to the business manager. The business manager is be responsible for auditing the credit card statement upon receipt.
