Toddlers sure love to wiggle! Join us for an active Storytime full of dancing, stretching, jumping and stories that help you and your little one enjoy books while on the move. Ages 1-3 (must be walking).

Let’s Talk About It: Muslim Journeys Reading and Book Discussion Series

Muslim Journeys: Pathways of Faith

Tuesday, April 15, 6:30 p.m.

Dr. Douglas Ealey, a sociology professor at the University of North Georgia will lead the five discussions focusing on the topic of “Pathways of Faith.” The April 15th discussion will be on the book, Rumi: Poet and Mystic. Registration for the discussion is required and limited to 25. Participants will checkout a copy of the book with their PINES card.

The Library received the Muslim Journeys Bookshelf, a collection of 26 books related to the people, places, history, faith, and cultures of Muslims around the world, including those within the United States. The bookshelf is provided by the American Library Association and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
