- Moved as many library services to an online virtual platform as possible

- Expand and boost free wifi access in parking areas at all locations to 24/7 availability.
- Create a schedule of virtual Storytimes, conducted every weekday at 10:30 am.
- Develop a series of craft programs for children available through local library Facebook pages.
- Provide additional online programs and activities for children, teens and adults available on our website. This includes book discussions, book talks, crafts, activities, and trivia.
- Create and publish a trusted list of COVID-19 resources available on our website.
- Offer an interactive Reference Chat feature on the website, staffed by librarians’ weekdays from 9am – 5pm to enable individual about library accounts, help with accessing online resources, and more.
- Create a library FAQ page, update weekly.
- Institute free digital library cards, which offers access to our full digital collection.
- Complete student card registration for all public elementary schools in the ACCSD
- Expand the collection of electronic books, electronic audiobooks, and electronic magazines. Our collection of e-materials has more than doubled in these last few weeks.
